This is something I want to share with you because I like it. A bunch of retired commando from the Russian special forces joined the protest movement in Russia against the Prime minister Vladimir Putin who wants to become President for the third time! They made a song which is a hit in the country. http://www.tri-cityherald.com/2012/02/05/1814539/russias-unlikely-protest-song.html http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DsuS1z7KKeA Maybe Russia is too distant for most of you, myLotters, but I know something about their great culture and I'm glad that Russians show their will to throw off the oppression.

Until I know exactly what the song says, I can't comment. Perhaps that's why there is so little response?

I'm so sorry, I didn't find an English translation and I thought that the AP article would be enough. I wanted also to show that people are fed up with a regime, even retired paratroopers who once served the system can revolt.

No reason to apologize to me. I was just hoping there was a translation somewhere. Yes, the people can and will revolt when things get too bad, no matter what positions they once held.
