Hello All!
So for the past three years I have been a single mother and living on my own. Well, about 8 months ago the most amazing man walked into my life and swept me off my feet,I'm still on cloud nine right now. The first time he seen me was at my work when he was delivering parts for us. He said that my eyes where to die for and I told blow him away with them. Few days past by and the second time he seen me was at the sitters house. He was dropping his 2 younger ones off at the same sitter I took my youngest son to. He had gathered information from the sitter when he came back to get his kids after work. He tried getting my phone number a few times over a course of 2 months but, at that time I really was just not wanting to be with anyone and just live my life for me and my kids. After the fourth time I told the sitter it was ok to give him my number but if he wanted to ask me to dinner he would have to give me a 72 hour notice....lol At the time I was really joking but sure enough he had texted me and asked me to dinner 3 days later. Ever since our first date we have been together, we just started off as friends and hanging out because, we both had kids (3 each) and knew how each other felt about our kids coming first in our life. A few months went by and we ended up dating and then falling in love together. Now, fast forward all the mushy stuff and we decided that living in two different houses just wasn't working anymore. We are losing money in all areas because we are paying double for everything. But, my house is to small for them to move in with me and his house is smaller then mine so that wasn't going to work. Hmmmm now what to do?!? So I started looking for houses that would be able to fit my mother, me, my boyfriend, and 6 kids. The rent was so crazy to rent a house in the area we needed and the space we needed. Now what!?!? I started calling around and figuring out who knows who that has a place to rent and boom! I got a hold of a friends friend and he said he will do a lease option to buy in a year on a house that is getting ready to be built. We looked at a few and didn't like any of them and then he called me and said there was one more that just got framed that I might like. We drove over there and it was in the right location, on a half acre, and it was perfect!! I called and let him know we wanted it,if he could get it in my price range. We waited and waited because, the holidays where here and people where gone I was going to have to wait a little longer. We are sitting around the table chit chatting on new years and my phone rings.......it says "John" my heart stopped because, this was the call we are waiting on. I answered it and he broke it to us...........we where approved for the house at the price we needed and it should be done Feb 15th! SCORE!!!!!!! I was so happy I started crying and jumping up and down when I got off the phone. While Feb 15th is in 10 days and I just feel like its never going to get here. My dreams are finally coming true! I have a man that treats me like i deserve, my kids are happy, and I get my house. I know that moving one house is a pain but now I have to move 2 houses into 1......o my!!! a little stressful but, lets pray I can handle this move!

I wish you the best of luck. I know moving can be hard. I remember how I had to move twice in a couple of months time. I had moved in with my then fiance (now husband) and his mom because his mom had been terminally ill. His mom did not want to move to a nursing home or have hospice care so I had moved in to help. Then two months before we got married we moved again and it was stressful because I had been planning my wedding and had so much packing to do. I am glad that you have gotten the house you want at the price you wanted. I am hoping that once my husband's health gets better we can look for jobs and buy a house with my brother.

Hello!
I am sorry to hear about your mother in law. I know how hard it is when someone close to you is very sick. That is a whole different kind of stress level.
Yes, it should be very interesting to see how the moving day turns out. I am sure everything will just be fine because, now we should have a lot of help having 2 family's here to help move our stuff. Luckly we live across the street from each other so it should go pretty fast. Lets pray any ways that it does. We have already started packing and next weekend we are going to start moving small stuff to the basement because, that part is finished already.

The move shouldn't be so bad if you remember what you are moving to. Congrats on finding love and happiness. I wish you all the best.
