innapropriate material option

My menu does not have the option to inable inapropriate material, I have searched all menus and that option does not appear. I cant read certain posts and it really gets me anxious...

Hi universe, I was in that same position...didn't you see a line
in red telling you to change your preference...You need to go to
preference and change the materials allows...thats all you have
to do, I think...thats what I had to do....because I kept getting
the messages that certain post was not available to me..
