nap time

Hi arianne_mae, I don't nap during the day...once I awake in the AM and see the daylight its almost impossible for me to go back to sleep. regardless how much I would love to...Its just hard for me to do unless I have taken a pill that knocks me out or I am so sick I can't do any thing else... Its certainly not because of mylot. because I normally don't get on my computer until afternoon or early evening....

I have had no naps since the birth of my child. I have so much to do during the day and in my extra time, I try and do mylot...

i don't take naps even if i am not on mylot. it is very rare that i do take a nap.

I don't really take naps very often at all. I am occasionally able to take a nap from time to time, but I don't often get the chance to take a nap.

I don't have the luxury of nap time anymore. The only time I sleep is at night.I work at the shop from 9.00 in the morning until 11 at night. Of course I take short break twice to rest a bit but I am too busy to take a nap at that time. I still need to cook for lunch and dinner.

I absolutely love taking a nap. I'm usually up all hours of the day and night. So if I don't get a nap in then I'm sleepy at like nine at night. So I usually take one nap while my daughter takes her nap in the afternoon. Then that helps me to again be able to stay up throughout the day and until late mornings doing work online. Naps are great. I don't know why we hate them so much when were kids.

Naps don't happen for me anymore. I have 3 children to take care of and I am on here so no naps here! I do miss my naps...Maybe once my kiddos start going to school I will be able to nap again. =)

i use to nap only once or twice a day in the afternoon.. i am not that much addicted to mylot but in a busy world hardly we find no time..

Hi arianne... Since I have lots free time after studying. I usually take an hour for nap. But sometime I skip my rest time to do lotting .
