there's a chinese old saying:a hundred steps walk after meal leads you to live a hundred years~ while there's also a saying to oppose. so what is the very right way? i seldom walk,i always stand,or sit to rest.(i know hard work at this time is not good).and i sometimes sit like this(picture below).so what is your opinion? sit, stand, slow walk ,lie down,or run?

The best thing is to eat your meal early. I'm talking about dinner here, so if you eat your dinner early, you can spend the remaining time doing whatever you want until you go to sleep. For the other meals, don't do anything too strenuous as that can lead to cramps which is even more painful than indigestion. They are all sorts of medicines which help digestion. Drinking ginger water is a common method, make sure it's not concentrated. You can slowly pace so my opinion is a slow walk. But, never lie down, that makes digestion harder for our body.

Not to too active for at least the first hour. If your stomach and intestines are busy digesting your food it uses a lot of energy. So all the other activities in your body are on a very low level to make this possible.
So just sitting relaxing or lay down is way better.
