want to lose weight..Possible or Impossible?

This has been my goal ever since. But due to hectic work schedule, I cant find the time to exercise. I have tried also tried to reduce my food intake but still I still manage to eat a lot when Im at work to pass the time. I know It takes a lot of discipline which I know I lack. But I really really want to lose weight because this will help me boost my confidence. Is slimming tea effective? What can you recommend? Thanks in advance!

We're on the same boat right now, me too myself trying to lose some pounds after quitting cigs I gained a lot of weight and just a bit lazy, but after new year and holidays made me decide that I have to lose some pounds:-(. I was thinking of trying those slimming product of I was skeptical since I have no clue how effective are those and how safe are those, so what I did is walk everyday atleast 30minutes, lessen my food intake, stay away from junk foods and lots of carbs, this is safest way of lossing weight and healthy as well, also some of my friends notice that I have lose weight and I hope it will work on you too.Good luck on our weight lose journey

Oh you're welcome mica, you can also try apple diet or banana diet, or just lessen your food intake. If it work on me then it will prolly work on you too

The Slimming tea is also good in losing weight because I am also using it since more than six months and I am feeling better and losing some weights too.
I also recommend to do little exercise in your home as well as doing basic activities. It will definitely help you.

By coincidence, I just had my weight taken this afternoon using a machine at the mall which also too my blood pressure reading. And from my last reading about 11 days ago, I lost about 9 pounds. Hopefully, this is the result of me getting back to lifting weights. (I still need to take several more readings to be sure.)
Anyway, even if diet and aerobics will bring your weight down, your body won't be in a much better shape compared to that of having exercise routines that involve lifting weights. I figured that I'll have a better chance of losing fat if I have more muscles. So, I decided to allocate more time to exercise and less time to my online activities and voila, I have a better body after two weeks.

Gaining weight is easier than losing weight.Losing weight for long term program.Losing weight and maintain good weight is another challenge.To do that need to change lifestyle and eating habit too.Too often , busy with work , busy with social life and other responsibiliy we tend to eat too much with the wrong foods at the wrong time too. No exercise and bad habit destroy a good body.It is not impossible but very hard need a lot of discipline and will.

We have the same concern..
Out of desperation, I have also tried slimming tea and coffee to reduce some weight.. It made some improvement but I opted to stop it because I'm having diarrhea especially if I am very full. I am not fond of drinking tea and coffee also so that's mainly the reason I stopped. I had a friend and she was also using the Leisure 18 slimming coffee, she really lose a lot... Maybe it will work for you..
Right now, I am using meal replacement shakes and I am feeling lighter.. I think it's effective on me... I only have one full meal, that is, during lunch only.. For my breakfast and dinner, I take the nutritional shake plus a banana or an apple... During snack time, I only ate fruits or wheat bread...

Hello Mica,
I'm not sure about slimming tea, whether it's working; somehow I believe that exercise is the fastest and most effective way to lose weight. I experienced before, just like you, I couldn't find the time to exercise, anyhow I just queezed 30 minutes per day to exercise, doing whatever I could such as jogging, push up, sit ups, and those were really works!! I managed to lose 5-10kg in 3 months, probably it works for you as well... : D

Thanks Lucas818! Its true,its just a matter of discipline and commitment. Actually, this started when I gave birth. Its really hard to find time to exercise.Also, my thinking is not depriving myself from eating anything I want to eat.But then, here's the result. I am becoming biggger and bigger.

I think anything is possible. Losing weight is also possible if you try. Besides paying attention to your diet, you shall also do some exercises. In fact sometimes you don't really have to find the time to do exercises. For example, everyday I go to work and go home on foot. It will spend me about half an hour. I regard it as my daily exercise. So when you do some housework such as mopping the floor or washing the dishes, you can also regard it as the exercise.
