I am not a female but just curious on this as my girlfriend does not wear a bra when she is sleeping in the night. When i asked her she could not give a good explanation so i thought anyone here can explain me better on this.

I think wearing anything restrictive for long amounts of time cannot be doing anything good for you. Skin-wise it is always good to let your pores breathe and obviously it's good comfort-wise as well. Let your body relax entirely, you don't want to sleep with anything restrictive or that could possibly limit blood flow either. Just make sure that the bra is clean so you don’t have to worry about acnes..

I don't know the exact explanation on that too since I am not a girl too. Maybe the reason why they do that is, because they want to sleep more comfortably. That may be the strongest reason why they do that.

Well it is a subject that I have experiences in. You don't need a bra when you sleep, the elastic would not be comfortable, and frankly, we are not born with them, if your not king size you don't need it. They are making bras specially for to sleep with but i can't tell how they feel because I don't need them. I hope that it answers your question.Or better yet you might be curious enough to try to wear one all night to give your opinion on how it feel.

Well, the one obvious reason is for comfort. After wearing one all day it will get to be confining and restricting. Imagine if you have to wear your tight underwear all day and night long, kind of uncomfortable, huh? I thought it was more unusual if some women wear one to bed than not. But then different cultures do different things.

What would be the point of wearing a bra to bed? Bras are designed to hold them up and make sure they aren't bouncing all around. It is much more comfortable not to wear one. Plus some bras dig into your skin and so it would be bad to wear them all the time.

I guess it is. Well, according to my wife, she gets better blood circulation especially around the strap areas since she has been wearing it the whole day.
