Has anyone tried sneezing with their eyes open, i dont think so we can. And there is also some rumors or might be true that sneezing with open eyes might cause the eye balls to pop out. I dont know how true this is, anyone with an explanation.

Hi! According to wikipedia. We can't open our eyes when we sneeze because when we sneeze there are certain muscles throughout our body that contracts which includes the eyelids. That is why it is very impossible to open our eyes when we sneeze.:)

Okay I have a simple answer for you and a little bit to back it up. No your eyes won't pop out. Now go to YouTube and look up Mythbusters sneezing with your eyes open. you will see several clips some very hillarious. This was one of my favorite myths infact as some of the high speed clips make you laugh. Hope this helps.
