Hey guys, i have been having sleeping problem since a long time where in able to sleep i have to be watching a movie or something so that i could fall asleep. Sleeping like other normal person is quite hard for me as i wont feel sleepy and has to be awake on the bed for hours before i can finally sleep off. Watching movie while sleeping is a very bad idea i guess, so is there any other better idea for me to have a good sleep ?

Welp, I have the same problem, and it might be from a list of many different things. For example, wait 2 hours before going to bed to eat something and things with caffeine in them are a no-no, such as chocolate, coffee, etc. I would limit excess excersize 2 hours before bedtime too. Drinking some warm milk or eating a banana 2 hours before bed might help. If you have any underlying health problems this might be causing lack of sleep too. I will sometimes loose days of sleep and then it will all hit me at once and then start sleeping like a baby again. I'm of course going through menopause anyways but it has been this way for me since childhood. I have learned alot about what helps and doesn't help though, when you worry alot it doesn't help to be able to sleep either. Worry has always been my worst enemy.

hi masta...
Yes, watching tv while sleeping is not good cz you leave the tv on when you don't watch it. Try to read for five or ten pages and your eyes will get tired and fall asleep. if it doesn't work, take 30 minutes in the morning to do a simple sport like jogging. It will make you fall asleep easily at night

If you are having problem falling asleep, then try this solution: Before you go to bed, drink a glass of warm milk, just plain milk, don't add any sugar to taste. My mother used that technique when she has such kind of problem and it worked for her. Try it.
