Oops! *stories*
I have previously done a juice fast, and I would like to do another one this month. Yes, part of it is to lose weight, but I also feel a lot healthier after I have done a juice fast. The fast I did was back in August, and, since then, I have had a hard time with junk food occasionally. (Sometimes it makes me sick instantly!) I have since added more fruits and vegetables to my diet, and I love eating them more than I ever did.

Hi there jolson,
I would suggest to do it probably 2-3 times a week, it helps your digestive system recuperate from constant battery of food churning and digestion nothing bad about juice fasting as long as it is in moderation avoid doing heavy work in the days you fast since you dont have the food source for energy and use a proper juicer take care mate.

fasting is good for health .it let your tummy have some rest :).well if you are trying to lose weight by juice fasting it will work to a certain extent only .keep in mind that the faster you lose weight the faster you gain it cuz juice fasting is kinda like crash dieting and crash dieting never does any good so i suggest u keep a steady diet and exercise to lose weight .
it is advised to follow juice fasting for not more then 3 days in a row cuz if u keep this routine for more than lets say a week you will be depriving you body of essential nutrients and protiens which will one wau or the other damage your health
