Security Guard No Show

I know last night was the Super Bowl. That does not give anyone the right to miss work. If your a security guard at a bank, you don't show up and a robbery occurs, you should be held responsible. If you work as a security guard and you are unable to show up and you don't notify your boss then any crime or anyone harrasses anyone indoors for money, curses anyone out that tells them to leave and is otherwise being very rude and ignorant should be arrested. This morning, this tall rude and obnoxious guy shows up, cuts in front of everyone waiting to use the bathroom, begs, curses at the manager, lights up and smokes indoors and continues to beg while smoking inside and no one says or does anything to stop the guy. If the owner of the building showed up, no security guard with this guy acting that way. I would have him arrested for tresspassing and told to never come back.
