Codecademy teach You coding online

Hi mylotter did you tried Codecademy to learn to code online. It is free toll where you can learn how to code from basic. First they are teaching the javascript and it great to learn from there and try out something.
Had you gone thorugh it or you lookin to work on other sites. Discuss your online coding experince or about learning

Well thanks for your response but if you have give more information the discussion would have been more warmer and better. wE are here to discuss things so just telling like this will not help you to earn well aslo it affect your coming stars and reputation.

I had not visted other site but i gone to w3school.com which teach via text and expalination and offcourse examples, while i also in lynda.com which teach via video and they need to pay for the readership on the site. Also codeacedmy provide free and more flexible way for learning where user can execute the program and feel it. As i said it more interactive way of learning. Also you may opt to to try your own with the compiler there no need of any thing but just learning.

As i know we are student of computers so we must know how to code but online coding is not that effecting in learning. I better prefer book over online learning for these things.
I heard of this site and manh other like khan acedmy, linynda,etc where you can learn tnings online . I once tried trainung.com which was not that great foe me.
I also had hears about code year the same codwacedmy 's project to teach javascript. They teach only javascript which is not much. I hope they will go for more. Hope so they should for benifit of users as well as them also they need to provide dynamic learning with more interaction from user which quite less now

Yup! Computer science student nneed to know much about the coding but if general people want to learn the basic of that it is good to have codeacedmy. While software enginnering are on the way of creating heavy codes to giving many of the softwares and offcourse the page pages which we surfs. There are many web designers who used to desgin more user freindly webpage where user used to stick and visit the website regularly.
Now i cmoe to general people if they wish to know little they can get the idea form the codeacedmy. It teach us JavaScript from basic thus not only helping them know about the web also let them how they are getting tracked and how companies taking information from them. Even if a student who wish to enter the field or is there can learn and get their knowledge profound.
Yes till now they are giving information on javascript but surely they will expand it soon to more web technology as javascript is basic for all. Code year is the best thing they started to promote the website.
