Hi TriGyn, since you have a good command of English, you can write articles for cash online. If you are afraid of getting scammed by some bad employers, you can write and post in writing sites, so that you can earn a long term passive income. Do not be disappointed if your income is like one or two cents per day, think about it in long term perspective. Even if you stop writing, the money will still come in. You can join Triond, Expertscolumn and Wikinut which are known as reputable paying sites. It is best to write once, and then post in all the three sites. Best is to write and post in Triond, then wait for the publication email, and then repost in Expertscolumn and Wikinut. If you like to join as my referral, you can use the link in my profile page.

i think there is a lot of business ideas available, More easier if you have a capital it also depends on your location. There are even some that requires no capital all depends on where you reside as i said earlier.Such as been an House Agent, Car Rental, dry cleaning and so on.

It should be related to what you can get the hang of. If you are skilled at selling things you can sell them online or offline. If you are very good at writing, you can become an online writer.

Hi TriGyn, I used to work in insurance too and there is good money in that field if you take some classes. Some places will pay for your classes if they feel you have potential and if you pass the classes. I am guessing from the sounds of your discussion though that you are looking for something on the side? I don't know about on the internet. I have done work on-line for private contracters ....keeping books and data entry. You have to ask around for that. I also used to clean apartments for cash after people moved out. People hate trying to deal with moving and then having to clean their old place in order to get a deposit. You'd be surprised at how many are willing to pay for someone to do that. Also, in doing that work, I had hooked up with some landords that had me doing some work on places that people just left filthy. There are so many ways to make money.

It's always good to start a business no matter how small it is. But you mentioned that your expenses are higher than your salary. I'm not really sure if it's a good idea to start a business that requires some sort of investment. A return on one's investment isn't instantaneous. You might find yourself in debt if your salary is not even enough to cover your present expenses. But if you're really prepared to take the risk, I think you should first assess what and where you're good at. I mean, if you're good in selling, set up a buy and sell business which you could do both online and offline. If you're good at cooking or baking stuff for your family, why not try turning that into a business. I really think this is crucial for anyone venturing to have a business of their own - know what you're good at :)
