whats the best way to relieve stress?

i am an office employee in an insurance company. I am sitting almost 8 hours a day and facing only my computer. i found it very stressful. i thought working in an office is much relax but it turns out differently. so guys who's working like me in the office can u please share how did you handle stress?

Try to take a little walk and after that you can watch a comedy movie.

Dear friend I can understand your problem try following to find some relief 1 Go on walk daily at least 30 minutes 2 Drink plenty of water everyday. 3 Eat fruits and green vegetables as they have antioxidants 4 Do physical execercise for at least 30 minutes 5 Take adequate break while your work. Regular physical exercise is the one I recommend you should do. If you are new to it, you can start off by walking. Don't jump to a harder intensity. Just let your legs take to where ever you like going. Walking for an hour is good to relieve your stress. It's worth trying.

i am an insurance company mis officer and also warking with computer 8-9 hours a day... to fight my stresses i usually 1. keep a 1 liter water filled with water or juices for drinking to refresh my body and 2. LOVE my work more... the more you love your work, lesser the stress...

The first you should is do one thing at a time. People are get stress easily because they won't focus to any one thing at a time. ust relax your mind a minutes and get start back your work or take a cup of coffee. This much better for a moment. I suggest that keep your mind free always. It is a one of good method in avoid stress simple it all about subconscious. It is mean that subconscious helps in making decisions and actions calmly without hesitating. This is how doing a yoga teaches to attain a subconscious. Sounds weird, but this is why people are become madly when get stress.
