Hi guys! Its nice to have a job but its nicer to be the boss and to have your own business. Someday I would like to have a business like an apartment or a building for rent. Its not that high maintenance but the starting money must be really big. Maybe I can loan from a bank?what do you think? Is it wise to loan? or perhaps I can save money bu that would take years. Hmm. I really want to have my own business.I also want to aheva chicken house , where you just fry your chicken served with rice and drinks and voila!!Its an easy earning and really popular here in our country because its affordable appealing especially to students. I am still confuse I hope I can have the money for it or will one day have it because a job does not last a lifetime but a business can be passed to the next generation. What about you?

I had had my own business since I was on high school. It's only selling phone credit. It's only a small business, indeed. But I believe we need to take the first step as soon as possible. I was just starting it with $15, and then I started to sell it to my own friends and classmates. Later now I have several loyal customers and several downline (the system allows me to have some extra earning from downline). Now I am happy enough with the extra income of $60 every month, most of them are passive income - it comes from commission from my downline transaction. I just want to expand my current business now. I wish I can earn passive income of $200 every month.

Hi! Wow what great progress you had. Is this networking? I wanted to be in networking however I am not good in convincing someone to be a downline. I hope I can also progress in whatever I do. Good luck to you.:)

Well, kind of. The most important thing is you should know your market. Phone credits is the daily needs nowadays. And most of students use phone frequently. That's an opportunity, so I grabbed it.

I think the better business to suggest will depend on the vocation and knowledge that you know. If you are good in electronics, have a business in electronics parts and electricity. If you good in cooking foods or anything about food. Have a canteen or resto business...

Hi! I think you are right in some way but I think it does not apply to everybody. Sometimes we have to go out of our shell and discover different things to add up to our knowledge and skills. But I agree with you in a way that you can make profit in what you love doing and what you are good at.:)

I have a own business. Its a live stock. Its a good business for me because it goes well. We don't need to have a big money to start in this business but the profit takes a few months depends on the customers who will buy.

hmmm. it will depend on how much finance you want to invest. I would like to have a commercial building for rent. This has more assurance than apartments. big commercial companies are good payers. Most of all, my dream is to have a huge farm.

Hi! Thats also one of my ideas but it requires a really huge capital. A huge harm is a nice dream ,where you can plant your crops and harvest it in time.

Trying to use money from the bank to start your career is really risky, just take it at your own taste, but don't go tot far with it. I always think that big money can be made by working smart, not by working hard. You can invest in real estate, start with the small one then increase the amounts overtimes. Or you can try your luck with stocks or forex, both of them requires less money to start, but you need a real knowledge to be able to handle them.

Hi! Yes indeed and I believe I need to a collateral to guarantee my pay. That would really be risky unless I am sure of the business return profit. I am also interested in stocks but I still have to study it more for me to be able to play well. Thanks for your advise.:)

Well, we had to get our money loaned from the bank. Well it was my dad who help us (my brothers and me). We are barely starting and so far we have completed 3 jobs. We work in real estate. We are hoping this business goes well and to eventually do a lot of jobs (oh by getting jobs done is buying old broken houses and fixing them up) in the future. I think that well take a while to do but soon enough lol if it goes well.

I can start any type of business because I like business than doing the job. I know if I will use my mind then I can earn more money in business than job.

I agree to loan from bank. You are right ,nobody would like to work for others lifetime, especially to a young man.To me ,I don't like to work so tired ,but earn so little, but if one own his own business,no matter earn more or less money, that is yours, and you will try to work more.

Hi! We do agree with each other. Yes we have a future in business if we work hard for it. If we have a job, we will be forced to retire but in business we can just pass on the job to other children, so that they won't have to suffer with jobs around. Having a business does not only help your family but also the people who need jobs.:)
