Listening to mellow music is my other way to relief my stress after a long day of work or any chores that makes me so stress for that day. :)

I listen to mellow music only when im in my bed ready to sleep. It helps me to sleep easyly. My lulaby is May It Be by Enya,, celitic song :)

music helps me so much when i have stress i always listen to like love songs and right away i feel better i also like watching funny videos they always keep me laughing and i feel way better i always find funny videos on youtube or i'll just watch american funniest video's on netflixs.my mom would always meditate and listen to peaceful music she said that always helps and clears her mind.
