I got a glimpse of Abs-Cbn newest noontime show It's Showtime for a few minutes, the show was totally different from their old show Showtime except for some segment. I am a fan of Showtime and Eat Bulaga, they made my Saturday afternoon. Last Monday, my fear was come into reality when two of my favorite show is rivalry in noontime slot. This Saturday the Tv will probably switch channel after every advertisement. I want to view both of the show. For those of you who watched It's Showtime for 2 days now, how would you compare it to the original Showtime. Did you like the new program or the old one is still the best?

Both shows are good and it's bad for us viewers and fans that they are on the same timeslot. I haven't seen the new Showtime but I think, with the cast still on, the show will still be great.

I was saddened about showtime moving at noon time slot, I hope that abs-cbn would find another noon time show and Showtime will return to their previous slot.

I'd watched the new Kapamilya noon time show since Monday and well, just like newcomer variety show, It's Showtime definitely is still struggling to balance its format to entertain the viewers. The show's hosts also are still new to handle a variety show so it is no surprise the team could not find where to put their adlibs and humour that have been Eat Bulaga's edge to the competition. But the show is a fresh welcome and seems promising. They should have put additional seasoned comedians in the show to maintain the flow of laughter and fun. It's Show time must also put big investment on game segments and other "pakulo" to hold the attention of viewers.

it's true, they need to increase the prizes and they need to compete on the idea. I want them to return to their original timeslot and concept.

I was able to watch it yesterday and I was really excited about it. However, I got disappointed in the first 30 minutes of the show that I just resorted to sleeping. The new segment that I was able to view is the one called "Sine Mo To" in which some hosts will tell a story which the other hosts will then act. I find that segment boring, forced and disorganized. I find the old Showtime more fun and interesting. However, I would be happy to be proven otherwise by the new show.

Even if I watch the "Sine mo to" portion, I think it's kinda boring, I think they should delete that portion and think of something new and exciting. They carry it by their sense of humor that makes people still laugh.

I still prefer Eat Bulaga. Showtime would be best if they return to their old timeslot. They can never beat the number 1 noontime show. And even showtime rate higher, eat Bulaga is still EAt Bulaga. No one can beat it. And showtime and EB are not the same when it comes to entertainment and helping others.

I agree, they must return to their time slot and original concept though I want Ryan Bang and Jhong Hilario to be part of their show. I am missing the old Showtime. Eat Bulaga is unbeatable.

I like the old showtime setting and it's a great show for bringing happiness and hope to many people. But it's different now. I liked the old one better but still it's a good show to watch. What I don't like is when vice ganda sings and sometimes some of his jokes which influence alot of people. I hate his singing so much that I put the TV on mute when he sings. I think that he thinks he's a good singer, but he's not. I seriously hate his annoying voice. Why not just hire people who can sing instead of singing even though your voice sucks? Same thing with his show "gandang gabi vice". The show is fun to watch and very entertaining with it's celebrity guests and the "anything can happen" thing because it's live, but again in the intro he sings and it's effin annoying to listen to his singing voice. Don't get me wrong, I don't hate vice, only his singing. Anyways, they're both a great show.

Contrary to that, for I like vice voice, he knows how to really sing, the problem is he is gay, he is confused on what tone he should use, whether to use the male or female voice that makes you irritates perhaps.

I only watch the Arte mo premyo mo portion, though the portion is kinda long, vice and other host still carry to make people laugh, the magic is still there no matter what they do.

I haven't watched "It's Showtime". Some says that they still prefer Eat Bulaga and It's Showtime needs a lot of improvement. I do agree that no one can beat eat Bulaga because they've been a part of the Philippines Entertainment History. But, then we should not be narrow-minded that they're up to for competition. They just wanted to make people happy.

Yeah, Eat Bulaga nailed the longest noon time show and they got the highest rating so that makes them hard to beat. Showtime needs to improve more and needs fresh segment ideas to compete with Eat Bulaga.

I am an avid fan of Its Showtime. I also watch the show Showtime but I like the Its SHowtime because they have added new segments where people can have more fun and can watch other than dancing. I am not against of Eat Bulaga their show is entertaining also but I like Its Showtime on how they entertain people.

We are avid fan of Eat Bulaga since 1970's. Eat Bulaga as of now we can not compare to other variety show. They entertain, give people an inspiration, and help schools that the government can not. Many benefits you can gain in this variety show.

I love Eat Bulaga too, I think they are getting and getting better as the years go by. I love Jose and Wally with Paulo team and I always watch All for Juan, Juan for all. I love Showtime too, the host is perfect as well as the concept.

The Showtime hosts are getting better at their job, and they really are having fun at the same time. However, I still believe, they are no match to the tried and tested, "Eat Bulaga" family. I think their secret is not trying hard too much. THey are just a group of fun loving people who aims to give entertainment and value for the viewers' time watching their shows. If you notice, on "Eat Bulaga", they just joke around, and they look so relax, but whenever they laugh and have fun, their viewers are with them. I do hope they's stay longer and stronger.
