While downloading movies and files my computer suddenly crashed and showed blue screen that says that my computer crashed and to prevent damaged it says that the computer must be restart. After doing the restart, when pressing the ON button my laptop shows the logo of acer because I am using ASPIRE ACER4755G and after showing the logo it turns into black screen and says NO OS WAS FOUND and shows the same thing over and over. My laptop is just 4 months old and I'm using windows 7.
How do I fix this problem? I really need my files and I don't want to lose my files.
Please help me recover my files and fix my laptop problem.
It would be a big help to help me fix my laptop.

Since the machine is only 4 months old, it should be covered by a guarantee from the shop you bought it from. I would advise taking it back to the shop as soon as possible.
If, for any reason, you can't do that, it should have a 'repair Windows' function which is usually accessible by pressing a function key as the computer boots (possibly before the Acer logo displays). Consult the manual that came with the machine.
If you can select 'Repair' then this should simply replace the missing file(s) without disturbing the rest of your data, but this rather depends on what the real problem is and whether it's simply a file corruption or a hardware problem or something else.

Had I bought this from any reputable dealer in the UK, I would still expect the dealer to investigate and fix the problem which could as easily be a hardware malfunction as a problem with the operating system. I would regard a pre-installed software malfunction as covered by the fitness-for-purpose agreement unless it could be definitely shown to be due to the fault of the user.
Different countries, however, have different regulations about warranties and who is responsible. Unfortunately, I suspect that you are right, Smacksman.

Hey cute, we need to instal a new OS on your PC. And then, we can use the software that i use to recover your files. Hopefully this works, because sometimes it doesn't depending on the laptop itself. Send me a private message so I can try to help you.

My laptop is now working perfectly fine.
I tried everything but nothing happened so I decided to send it to the seller because it still has its warranty.
Thank you for the advice on fixing my laptop.

check your bios if your hard drive is detected if it's not bring it to the shop you bought it from but if it detects the hard drive you can ask them if it's covered if it's not buy a copy of windows 7 "whatever version you have" install windows then your problem would be solved
