getting access to logging in facebook needs EXTRA MONEY?

i'm sure u 'll be surprised to see this.but at leat for now,facebook.com is forbbiden in mainland china.so ,when i was browsing some discussions,there's ad about helping you get access to facebook with paying 60RMB per month,,,(70RMB is my fee of internet per month).you could take it as a joke.but not only facebook,many sites like youtube,twitter,or some discussion sites are blocked~~~( though there's some way out if i'm good at network thing~)
at least i'm happy to discuss with you,mylotters...

I was actually surprised. I never knew having a Facebook account is illegal in mainland China. Well, your government probably has some good reasons for making it so. The company I work for doesn't allow the use of any social network sites and has blocked it on every PC. 60RMB is around $9 I think. I think it's a big amount to pay for something that's supposedly free. It's good though that myLot is allowed :)
