I often sleep at midnight, even over twelve o'clock.sometimes I'm on line until three or four in the morning.and then I will keep sleeping just for only five hours.I know this is a bad habid, but the problem is that my biological clock has been chaotic. How can I thansferred back to my right biological clock? Do you have any suggestion?

I suffered the same. But thanks to my vacation away from home and laptop, I went back to sleeping a little early. 'Though slowly I am going back to sleeping late again, I try to keep an eye on the clock now and when it strikes 12MN I would give myself an allowance and always think of shutting the laptop and go to bed.

The only thing i can tell you is to set a time for your allowoance online and then clsoe the computer and put it somewhere not in your room so you dont wake up wanting toget online also the same with teh TV put it on sleep timer so your not watching TV and staying up so late. I have to do this with my boyfriend but he does do it and it helps him out but still doesnt fall asleep till late but i think tis because he doesnt work or do much during the day right now.

Something ,easy to say but difficult to do.I'm in the same situation like your boyfriend,I have nothing to do during the daytime.so I used to online until late.and can't fall asleep.

Is your body used to your time to sleep already? When you wake up do you feel like you've slept for about 8 hours and not feel sleepy or groggy? If so, I don't think oversleeping would be any help at all. Try taking a siesta--afternoon nap-- every afternoon, instead. Wake up before sun down and sleep in your usual time. MAYBE naturally, your body would find it's natural body clock.

Thank you for your suggesion.I think those who have diffirent body clock would have happy life because they know it's the circadian rhythm of the humanbeings.it's naturally for them.

I experienced that too. These are the things I did back then to sleep earlier: First was, I exhaust my body during day time. You can do sports or work hard if you want. Second was, drink hot milk at 9pm & with some food like bread and not junk foods and then straight to bed. Third, I listened to my favorite soft musics 'till my player went out of battery. Try these maybe it will work on you.
