Are you interested in Politics????

I personally not interested in this field because in my country all the politicians are dirty and sold for the money.. If the politics are really interested to you then you should follow this path but do not do this for your relatives..you should do this only for you and if you really like it.

Watching the political scenario is the concern of all. It is rather one of the many rights of a citizen of a nation. Politicians are a hypocritical lot . Yet , if we do not react to their unholy deeds they would soon turn more egoistic and self centered.

No, I have no interest in politics. I haven't voted for a president in years because there isn't a decent candidate. I don't keep up much on what is going on because none of them interest me and I usually end up getting frustrated with the entire situation.

I am not into politics. As i do not want top show off or make mockery of others.

Politics -- it is not a good place. Bad people come to politics with a view to earning money. Gone are the days when we had politicians who were serving people and not making money. I am not interested in joining politics-- if one joins politics he has to do many wrong things. A central minister was approached by an unmarried lady for getting reversal of transfer in a government department. Instead of saying yes or no-- that man asked for undue favour from the lady....... In this case the lady became his wife subsequently. Sorry --politics is garbage bin it is advisable to keep oneself away from it. There are a few good politicians also. Now 20$ politicians may be good --doing service to others and not making money,

I am interested in Politics, for it is a very important part of our lives. In China, you should take care about the Politics, for it can cause the stock price goes up and down, and that will effect how much you can get or you may lost. And the Politics leaders here have power which can make you lose your life, your fortune and every thing you own.

Not at the moment. I don't know later in the future. I just feel that politics, in some countries, are misused to gain personal interest. Ideally politics are good for the country if it is carried out accordingly. Are you?

I am interested in politics too. I constantly keep myself updated watching news channels and NDTV is my favorite; pure news nothing else. It feels sad to know the state of Indian politics.

Hi! Dassodils, i also belong to a family of politicians from my grandfather, my parents, my aunts and uncles and cousins, but i myself don't want to get involved in politics. I have seen people fight and sometimes kill because of politics. When i was 6 years old, my father was elected as the head of our community and i have observed that his job was so stressful and dangerous as well. When you're a leader, you could not please everybody and some will get angry. Others will envy you and will make every possible step to pull you down. It is good to help other people, especially those who really deserved to be helped, but for me, i can help others through different ways, not necessarily going into politics.

I am interested in politics, but do not know nearly enough to talk about them all of the time. I know a few things here and there...I also know a lot of important things going on due to following the Occupy movement here in America...(Though I've heard it's spread across other countries now as well.) I'm definitely a supporter of it, and it's educated me a lot on what's going on in the world with our government and what we should do in the political area in order to improve our country and keep our rights.

I really hate politics. It's because people is so greedy when it comes to power. There are some who do have a big heart but some do have a greedy heart. They shouldn't forget the true meaning of politics. It is helping people.

I try to avoid involving in politics. But if you feel you can gain in politics, we will support you as personal.

I am not much in political comments, because I only read a few of those political news. Nor I would participate any political activities, only if it affects our daily lives, and our everyday operation. I will step in and voice my opinion as an average citizen.

Hi Dassodils ! Getting into politics is really a challenging task wherein you allow yourself to be in public demand at all times. If you are then willing to give it a try why not? Your family bloodline prove it and considered themselves as worth as they seems to be. One thing i know about politics is that, it involves a lot of patient, personal time, issues ( people tend to remember the negative deeds rather than good ones ), conflicts and the like. When it comes to money. Handling public money really has a big impact on peoples criticism. Are you willing to accept all these factors then you are that ready to take the challenge of your life... All i can say is that. No matter what you do, take the pure heart with you. God sees your heart and not the people. They just tend to ruin your reputation without you knowing it... Serving people is one important factor to maintain and well maintained. Enjoy and take courage... God bless.

Political science was my optional subject when I was in college. What we see in our country is just politics and not the real politics what is supposed to be. In fact I was thinking for the last 2-3 months that why can't we abolish all these political parties and bring the administration with more transparent with differnt ideas. There was a time politics were appreciated and done administration to the country and people around within their limits. Now, things has been changed and we need to abolish all types of political thoughts. Politics is required but all the parties to be abolished and there won't be any political parties. All the Govt. level people are to be elected through pure qualification and ability. Now, any one can come into power with their political influence and conventional follow ups. All to be stopped. There should have strict and excellent exams to be conducted and appropriate and successful people to be brought to the higher positions. Also, they need to undergo various training and proper guidelines to manage the administration. How is our IAS peopele are doing their job? Similarly, there should have a track of doing things and from which, those who become succssful should come as PM, Presidents, MLAs etc. I have not given my franchise till date and will not give anymore. I have my own justification for it and as long as this kind of system prevails here, I never support our existing practice of politics. Thank-s

Hello Dassodils, I am not interested in politics.If you are interested then you should go for it as this personally depends on you.Politics i think is not a good area for me as i cannot manipulte things like most of the politicians can.

Being a politician can be the greatest job you can ever have IF you are in it for the people you are representing. If you are in it for your own benefit, you will become a devil, betraying the trust and support of the people who elevated you to where you are. If you are involved in corruptible practices, you are not a politician - you are a moral polluter. A politician is someone who is in the job of government or administration of the people. The well-being of the people is in his hands. He must be willing to serve rather than be served. He must always put the interest of the people first. He must be clean and principled. The people will forever remember you and thank you if you do your best and serve them well.

The thought of becoming a politician has entered my mind many times. I'll probably do this when I am already retired from my day job, thus giving me more time and focus on political affairs. I would like to start as a council member in our district then progress from there. My purpose in becoming a politician is to bring order and justice in my society by simply implementing the laws and showing good deeds.
