In my long years of working inside the company. There are instances that we can't avoid some misunderstanding with our boss or co-employees. although our company had some system in managing this instances, i want to ask on how we can prevent and manage if this problems occur not just inside our working area but also with our friends, family and our community

we really can't avoid misunderstanding among other people around us. it is because we have our point of view and our own thinking. its takes humility for one person to be able to bow to other person's opinion. well, to resolve such you need much patient. in work, never took any misunderstanding as personal. take it professionally and never step down to a level where other people want you to be, unless you badly needed too :)

i agree with you that what is job related issue should just be job related issue and not to take it personally

Misunderstanding with our co-worker/s, boss and even with our family is inevitable. No one wants any misunderstanding, but we cannot avoid it no matter how we tried our best. The best thing to do when things happen is- to stay calm. If possible stay away from the scene to avoid heated discussion. Avoid the same issue next time and have a long patient with a broader understanding.

You are right, we can't avoid those misunderstanding but we have to avoid the possible effects. You can ressolve some issues without bringing it to the management. Just approach the responsible person in a nice manner. Stay calm in dealing the problem/s. Dealing problems in a loud and violent manner would not ressolve but it make the situation worse.
