are you afraid to undergo surgeries?

any surgeries as long as there will be changes in the body, are you afraid of it? or welcome it more? me? i am afraid but if it is for my betterment, then, why not?

I had surgery just month ago. I was very scared because they put me to sleep. I even didnt know when I went to sleep. When I woke up, surgery was all done and I was back in my room. It was piece of cake!! Glad I had surgery because doctor found cyst growing.

Yes I am. I'm scared that something bad is going to happen while i'm in surgery and i hate knives and needles.. So i'm scared of just the thought of surgery.

I have never had to undergo surgery and I think I would be terrified..but then I am a big sook.

Most definately because I'm VERY VERY squeamish about those things. I haven't had to undergo it thus far, and hopefully my luck will continue. If it is a necessity there is not much you can do though.
