OK so I have been taking this apple cider vinegar (the organic type that isn't clear) and maybe I've been taking it wrong, just a capful in some water ( a cup of it) before lunch and dinner. I haven't been seeing many results from it really, such as weight loss and other things it's supposed to be good for. I have found out that I'm really supposed to take two tablespoons of it in water right after waking up instead. I hope that works, cause it tastes reeeeeeeeeeeally awful! I added some honey to it which is supposed to help it work even better but it still tasted bad. I think taking it in some apple juice is my next best bet. I could have barfed, it tasted that bad! Yuck. :-) Why does everything that is good for you taste the worst?

Hello,
I also use Apple Cider Vinegar on a daily basis. I take 2 teaspoon in an 80z glass of water three times a day before each meal for the first two weeks. Then I reduced it to 2 times per day. First thing in the morning and before lunch.
I must say that I have notices some changes and I do recommend using apple cider vinegar.

It is common knowledge apple cider vinegar has many health benefits including lowering cholestrol, weightloss, assisting digestive problems and general well-being. Further studies have also suggested it helps with cancer, high blood pressure or simply as a tonic. I have found a tsp of chilli powder or chopped chilli adds even more vitality to a good morning start to the day.

Weight loss and a whole host of other things like arthritis, sleeplessness, some skin disorders, and other things, even prevent cancer. But I don't it all too seriously cause there are alot of other ways to prevent cancer too. I'm on my second bottle and if it doesn't so much this time I'm ditching it, it is addicting though once you get to taking it daily.
