I always have cold hands and feet, It doesn't seem to matter if the rest of my body is warm my hands and feet are always freezing. My Mam always used to say 'cold hands, warm heart'.
But really, is there a reason why my hands and feet always feel cold?

Here they say mostly women have cold hands and feet, men have mostly sweaty feet and warm hands. I have the same so has my daughter (my son is always sweating no matter the temp he is 8 years old). I think it has to do with the vains/the bleeding. I don't think it's normal. It can be a sing of MS too.

I guess it just means that the blood is out circulating to keep the rest of your body warm, I don't think there's anything wrong.
My feet always get cold if I'm not wearing shoes. This only started happening a few months ago. Until now, I've never had that happen to me.
