Right now there aren't many new ones, but look past the first page or so and you'll find discussions on various writing sites.

I used to go on Associated Content. I just did it because I love writing though, not because I made a lot of money on it. I know others have made tons of money, but I didn't really get into it all that much. Most of my articles were denied for upfront payment aside from one or two. I never really got into the projects they listed. It's worth a shot though if you're willing to dedicate enough time to it.
