Does anyone have any good recipes for Ramen Noodles?

My boys love Ramen Noodles. They would eat them everyday if I would let them. I hate for them to eat the same old boring noodles day after day. Does any one have any good recipes using Ramen Noodles so I can change it up a little bit and give them more flavor, maybe make a cassarole or add veggies or meat or something. Any ideas are welcome. The more creative, the better!
