Playing God- Man is creating artificial weather calamities

ever heard of the maxim: everyone talks about the weather but nobody does anything about it? well as to this day, that no longer holds true. powerful men can and have already acquired the power to alter such complicated and profound thing as our weather. the calamities we may have been experiencing around us- hurricanes, earthquakes, tsunamis and flash floods and even Global Warming are surprisingly designed by nothing and no one else but man himself. World super titans United States and Russia have long been in competition over controlling the world's weather. They have been creating man-made catastrophes resulting in disruption of economies around the world making people fall into belief that these disasters are of God's workmanship. Far back in 1978, USA has launched n experiment that created a total downpour of rain in over six countries in Wisconsin that has created a storm that has caused 50 million dollars in damage. Russia on the other hand was selling weather control equipment catering to particular needs with the banner" Weather made to Order". Weather is such a powerful force and who ever takes control of it eventually has the ultimate power to either use it for blessing or as a destructive weapon.
