Do you buy a Second Hand Materials or things?

i definitely preferred to buy the new one, because for me there are only four reasons why someone would sell his/her things, first is that it is not functioning well or might have damage, second is that it is out of style, third it came from thief or snatched from others and lastly the seller is in need of money that's why he's selling his belonging... Any of the four reason was definitely not good, because i don't want to buy something that's been damaged, that's been out of style, that came from the thieves and that came from someone whose in need of money maybe her bad luck will transfer to me lolz

i do buy 2nd hand dresses, blouse or shorts, and even bags. Its fun to buy 2nd hand hehehe...and yes it saves little money..

I do buy second hand stuff if they are in good condition but when it comes to materials like clothe to make dresses or curtains I prefer to buy new...when on special...so I can create what I like...some people buy expensive cussions covers! well I don't do that I just make them my self! I guess when it comes to original mine are because I created them my self.

I often visit the second hand shops in my area and I have bought a lot of different things there. I like to look at the clothes that they sell, and sometimes I find some nice clothes there. I have bought t-shirts, sweaters, skirts and a few dresses. They also sell underwear, but I wouldn't buy second hand underwear. When I was a student I didn't have much money to spend on furniture so I bought a second hand couch. It was a very nice couch and it was much cheaper than the new couches. I have also bought many second hand books and magazines. I use the pictures from old magazines in my art and I buy many old magazines.

Hi, Heart! I prefer more and more to buy second hand stuff because I need more and more to save money. But I like second hand clothes also because you can find quality materials and models which are too expensive when they are new. It is the same with things like stoves or TV sets. They cost a lot of money and they break down in no time. I'm glad that I can visit second hand shops because we didn't have them in my country in the past.

Sometimes i do think that second-hand things are really a bargin,especially when you are lucky that some are nearly like brand-new.Anyway,i may choose to do so if i got any chances and which i really need.lol.Thanks for sharing this topic it's really interesting.

Well before i used to buy second hand stuff but now, I thought of it as a business so, I am now into selling second hand clothes, it very cheap and in demand I have invested a little money to it, but now its growing, maybe because the price of second hand stuff are far more cheaper than the new ones..

I don't like buying second hand stuff. Since I mind that someone has used it before. It may not be clean. I prefer to buy new brand things. If I can't afford it if it is so expensive, then I will wait. But I don't like buying the second hand things yet. I love China

I like buying second-hand books and clothes. To many second-hand clothes, they look well when they are sold. While to the second-hand book, they sometimes are better than new one, for there are a lot of marks in the book, and the former owner take not on it which help me to understand the book better.

For the most part I have to say that I prefer to buy things that are second hand. The reason that I do that is because in a lot of situations the things that you are able to purchase second hand are in just as good condition as things that you purchase new. However, when you are buying things that are second-hand, you are saving a lot of money on your purchase. I guess my choice is a result of my frugalness.

Money is tight, and I am within my budget. Most likely, I would avoid to shop a lot, or shopping at the store at all. But If I would see something is necessary, I might consider second hand first, and if it is still usable and in good condition, I won't mind to purchase a second - hand appliances or clothing.

I Always prefer Original only. In any things that we can buy i prefer original for the reason it's the Good life time. If we purchase the Second handed it have less life time also it's has lots of maintenance cost needed also time waste on our Busy time. We are going to spend the equally more or less Same money. So prefering Original is Positive in all.

Well, i think if i choose is second hand and brand new. But it depends of the products i wanted to buy.. Like i have dresses that is second hand like ukay ukay and others shoes,sandals and those are good to use.. But other things like computer, i bought new, and not the second hand.

Yes, yes,Ireally buy second hand materials esp. spare parts for our pc to repair if there is a needMostly we buy second hand for the reason ,that it is really cheaper compared to a new one.and it is much longer to use coz mostly second hand spare parts are original,So theY can be useful for a long time...Much saver also compared to a new one...

I often buy second hand. I shop thrift stores, church second hand store, etc. I do not mind second hand clothing. I also have to stick to a budget and this is one way of doing that. Of course, there is the side of me that wants something new every once in a while and when I do I will go out and purchase new clothing. I don't feel it is something to be ashamed of to be thrifty.

I want to clarify things from your discussion. I just want to let you know that most or some of the second-hand materials or stuff that usually being sold were the branded one and they're original too. Yes, I do buy second-hand materials. Most of my clothes were bought in a Thrift Store. I'm proud to say that they are cheap yet the quality of those clothes are great! I also love the designs and the style of those clothes that I purchase, They're Vintage. When it comes to appliances, There are some factors that I consider if they're worthy enough to be purchased. I make sure that it will last for more than 2-3 years and I make sure that they are in good condition. I also make sure that the cost of the second-hand stuff is cheaper more than the brand new one.

Sometimes I buy second hand products like clothes and bags as long as they have good qualities and brands,when I'm in a tight budget.I prefer to buy second hand good quality products rather than buy cheap brand new products with low quality which does not last for long.However,if I can afford to buy brand new good quality products,I preferably do that.The only exception maybe are electronics and gadgets.If I can't afford to buy brand new,good quality gadgets,I would rather not buy it than to buy second hands.I think in most cases the owner is selling the item because it's not functioning well.Besides,you can wait for sometime for the prices to be lower for electronics and gadgets tends to depreciate over time as new products evolve.
