pen drive not working

I am having pen drive of 4 GB which is effected be trojan horse virus now i am not able to even format the pen drive. as soon as i pulg in pen drive my PC is hung and my anti virus doesn't clean the virus. i am not sure what to do.

wow.. it means your virus is really powerful.. where do you get that virus?? and now what is your antivirus??

I am not sure of virus as my antivirus is not able to clean it and give the description of it, but i have latest version of antivirus of avast
