In today's world, where pollution, corruption, population everything is out of control of everyone, how much natural foods are we actually getting. We say its herbal, we say its organic, we say its farm food but how do we actually know if these foods are natural. We can't grow them at home. There is this big hype of going organic, having natural, going green, etc but its my personal feeling this is another marketing strategy to sell i don't know what? Because all good natural food was replaced by the junk we are eating but was marketed as good, so good that we all can't think a day without it and now we have been put back to natural foods saying that what we are having is junk. But how do we know for sure that the foods so sold in the markets as natural is actually natural. Corruption is gone to such an extent that labels and markings don't help to standardize a product anymore. Big names, big labels, small companies, all swept under the corruption, how much natural is really natural food?

I can answer that question with there is no way to know unless you test the food yourself. My mom works for a company, which I won't name so that I can't be accused for slander, that has a certification for its organically grown fruits and vegetables. However, they are allowed to spray the produce with chemicals to prolong the time it can be kept in storage.
I guess you just have to trust your government to know what it's doing to a certain extent unless you want to worry about what you're eating all the time.
