How many people here are residents of countries accepted by Paypal but not by myLot?

There are restrictions on a number of countries which means that some people may use PayPal for payment but can't use PayPal to receive money. PayPal's User Agreement says: "Non-U.S. Users in some countries may not use the Service to receive payments, and may only use the Service to send payments. These countries are designated on the PayPal International page."
Check for the full details and restrictions here: http://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_display-approved-signup-countries-outside

That is exactly my point; my country (Croatia) is in a group of countries that can send, receive and withdraw money so I really dont see the reason why myLot cant pay me. There are many other online services from U.S. that pay their members with PayPal (CloudCrowd for example)without any restrictions. This is not an ishue of can I or cant I receive money on my PayPal account; its an ishue of some restrictions that doesnt seem right. I have verified PayPal account over a year now and I regulary receive payment on it...myLot is the first service I encountered that cant pay me...

Use the Contact link at the bottom of the page (or here: http://www.mylot.com/o/contactus.aspx ). To type a message, scroll down to the bottom of the dropdown on the page and select 'Other'.
Our Admin here is GoAskAlice and you can send PMs to him without having to add him as a 'friend'. However, he has said (somewhere) that he cannot deal with payment issues and that the proper way to make such enquiries is as described above. I have let him know about this response, however, in case he can help.
It's certainly worth asking because MyLot's own page (and system) may not be up to date. MyLot are really very happy and willing to pay anyone but they have to abide by US regulations. I'm certain that, once they realise that there may be an anomaly, they will try to work with you. It pays to give them as much information as possible, of course, when you send your enquiry.
The explanation may not be anything to do with PayPal but related to US regulations (and the way that each individual site interprets them). Is Croatia now in the EU? If it is, I think that the regulations (in the US) may have changed and MyLot may simply not have been aware of it.

Thx for your help owlwings; I have send the message...hope all works out in the end...It will be very sad if the whole trouble is about interpeting US regulations...
Croatia isnt part of EU yet, we had referendum few weeks ago...we finished our negotiations and entering in july 2013 but I really dont think that is the reason...like I said, if the big and respected company like CloudCrowd.com (and many others) has no problem paying all PayPal users (no matter where they are)that can receive payments and have verified accounts I dont see any problem for myLot to do the same.
