Okay I'm having a debate with my sister in law and this other women on Facebook. Both of them say its impossible for a home test to pick up someone is pregnant before your 2 weeks. Why they say this is because I'm pregnant with my second child and I took a home test 8 weeks ago and found out I was pregnant but there was no evidence at the time that I was pregnant when I had an ultrasound even though the blood work said that I was pregnant. Me I have looked out many different home pregnancy test and know some are extremely senstive and can pick up your pregnant before you miss a period or even before you have reach 2 weeks into a pregnancy. They say its not pregnant till your 2 weeks which I don't think is true the moment that egg and sperm have meet your pregnant. Your body knows your pregnant you might not know it but your body doesn't. It starts making those magical hormones to keep a pregnancy going and to support your baby while your pregnant. This one women told me I had to be 2 weeks when I did the test and when I had my two exams. Which if that was true then when I went in 2 to 3 weeks later I would have been 5 to 6 weeks pregnant and then there would have been something to see. I believe everybody's body's are different and the hormones will increase differently.

Some home pregnancy tests are more sensitive than others. Most say you can find out the same day your period would be expected. A very sensitive test would tell you a up to three days sooner. A blood test can pick up pregnancy earlier than a home pregnancy test. The first day is the day the lady's period begins. She might bleed for five days. She might get pregnant on day 14 of her cycle. She would take a home pregnancy test when she noticed her next period didn't arrive. I think a lady is two weeks pregnant when her next period is due but really she is four weeks pregnant as pregnancy is dated from the start of her last period.

A pregnancy date doesn't start from when your period it is. They take when your last period is and count back by 7 days or so to get your due date of when you might have pregnant. It's not a 100% when the baby will come or when you actually got pregnant. But a pregnancy start for the second the egg and sperm meet. Some home test are more sensitiveness then others some you can take before your period, during or after. I took my last one for this pregnancy 3 days before my I had my period and then of course I had some spotting due to implantation which is what women think is there period and they normally will tell the doctor that was there period but when the doctor does there first ultra sound they can see by the size of the baby if that is true or not.

I responded to this discussion earlier and my answer went into cyber space somewhere. So I will try it again. Okay, as I said, Over 2 years ago, my daughter and about 3 friends were getting pregnant around about the same time. Now all they do is go to baby birthday parties on the weekends. But, there is a pregnancy test that will let you know within 2 days whether or not you're pregnant. Now not everyone shows up as easily as others apparently since yours doesn't show til 2nd trimester. That's a long way not to be able to see it on a test. I wonder why it's so different for different people. Chemistry, I guess.

my answer is NO. because the Hgt which should be the basis for the test pick usually appears at least 5-7 weeks after fertilization. Ultrasound can detect at the 4th month of pregnancy. Not everybody can manifest the early presumption signs of pregnancy and their bodies acts as if nothing is happening. But one of the very obvious no menstrual period or being delayed.
