Me and my dad have a very strong relationship. Its not just because my dad is a good example but he is very hard working man. He would always invite me when i go home to go to the farm and try to learn things about farming. Since this is one my interest, so i would never say no.
He told me that there is no standard way to be successful. When he was still in college. He was a working student. on mornings, he goes to the construction site to work and during the afternoon, he goes to school, sometimes even do he got dirty in the construction site, he will really pursue in going to school. When tuition time would come, he goes home and harvest some coconut fruits to sell for copra.
Although everything was hard for him but he keeps on going and now my dad owns a big farm here in our place.
Some of my friends are just elementary graduate but now they are very successful and owning a lot of properties and business.
They always remind me that to be successful is to patient yet willing to grab opportunity that comes in there way

I don't really think that there is a standard rout to success but hard work and patients tends to be the most logical way to find success there are no easy ways or shortcuts to make it in life and achieve ones goals, that said there are many things one can do to be successful and many roads to travel to reach success but not all roads lead to success, hard work and perseverance rarely fails.

I think there is a standard routes in success, it is the right direction and hard work.
It is said that after you select a right direction, keep working, after more than 10000 hours hard work you will be success in the field.
I think so.
To many people, they can not or they do not want to spend so much time and put effects to reach success, they just want to be rich in a night time.

a great day to you jethdale,
the people around you are truly correct. that there is no a standard way towards a successful life. as you have mention, patient and grabbing the opportunity are the ways. hence, these are only some of it. aside from those that you have mentioned, you will still need the determination and most of all the guidance and prayers from our Lord. combining these five traits namely patient, opportunity, determination, guidance and prayers for sure, you will step the ladder of success.

yes, there is no standard when it comes to becoming successful. most of the wealthy men have no degree under their belts. hard work, patience and dedications will help one successful but sometimes this isn't enough. some associate wealth with success because that's two different things. you can be wealthy but not successful in life. some says it about reaching your dreams but for me its about how you enjoy your life and how you become to others.

I agree. Success needs patience. Many people are looking for some complex formula for success when there isn't one. An individual should give his absolute best every day to achieve his goals and accomplish his dreams. Success is not quantitative, it's qualitative.

Success depends on a person interests, goals, and dreams in life. Whatever they are, if the person is able to achieve them, then he/she is considered successful. And since we vary in those things, versions of success in everyone of us also varies.

Yes, I do believe. If there were standard routes in success then many people would made it. Success comes to those who believe on themselves and to those who work hard for it.

I agree with your dad, there is no standard route to achieve success. As you said, you need to grab the right opportunities presented to you along the way and you need to be patient. You also have to be hardworking and willing to work towards your goals and be successful in life. Like in your father's case, his hard work paid off and now he is successful in his field of work.
