Experienced members pls help

Hello all of you.
I have a query about settings in 'my preference'.
When i enter my paypal email in accounts information and update it, the 'confirm paypal email' block remains empty. I have tried a few times to fill it and upgrade but it still remains empty.
Is it like this for all or i need to do something else?

It is perfectly ok that the second box remains empty.
It remains empty for all of us

I am sure you found out how to fix this in the time you were active here. Unless you are from a country that does not accept PayPal it should allow you to set up a count unless the site is down.
