What is the best Music notation Software?

If your goal is to print quality music, then Lilypond is a free software that beats every commercial product available -- http://lilypond.org/ --. But a Lilypond score is compiled from a text file, and it is difficult to compose with this software. If it is your goal, I would suggest to buy Finale notepad.
