It has been almost a year since I delivered my baby but I still could not manage to lose the baby fats, instead I have grown bigger and bigger. Now I do not even want to check my weight anymore because I'm scard of what I might see. The last time I checked I am 40 lbs more than my prepregnant weight! huhuhu...I am really distraught about this. i am thinking of taking slimming pills, do you think it is safe. it's name is "Hokaido". Can you give me weight loss tips that would really help me lose weight.

I THINK THESE TIPS WILL BE HELPFUL TO YOU TO SOME EXTENT: + Stop eating high calorific foods like dairy foods and eat only low fat food + Swap meat snacks/meals with healthier supplements. + Restrain from eating egg yolk. + Don't sleep immediately after the meal, leave a gap of 1 to 2 hours. + Eat several times a day the same quantity of food not extra. Not all at once. + Avoid junk foods + Join yoga classes + Drink plenty of water + Go for brisk walking Try those tips regularly if you are seriously interested in weight loss.

Hi lovejca, according to me losing weight is not all that difficult.I was overweight and have lost about 6 kilos in a matter of about 6-8 months . I intend to lose another 3-4 kils and then maintain it .I do not take any pills or any other supplements .First of all, please don't stop looking at the weighing machine, in time it will become your friend lol... To start with Just drink 2 glasses of water before every meal, this will bring down your food intake.Go for an hours walk every day at any convenient time. But be regular.Eat only fruits and vegetables for dinner, it is easy once you get used to it.Make a huge salad using vegetables and fruits and you will not feel hungry...Do not take any fried stuff, butter ,cheese...when you see that your weight is coming down you will automatically get more and more motivated and stick to your diet...all the best and keep us posted about your progress, enjoy your weekend

I don't think that there should ever be a need for someone to resort to slimming pills, as a healthy weight can be achieved by doing simple calculations with regards to the amount of calories that you're eating and burning. If you eat fewer calories than you're burning, you will lose weight, and there's no trickery involved with it. I have lost almost 6 stone in the past 14 months, and stuck to eating 1,200 calories per day along with doing about half an hour of exercise, and I have found that it is good for my weight loss to stick to that. I am sure that you will be able to do the same as well if you try.

Good day lovejca78, It is really quite hard to loose weight. That, despite of all the effort that you always do, still, your weight is not loosing. With that slimming pills, better to do a thorough checking before taking and drinking it. Hence, your health is the one at stake here. Perhaps, it will be better to do a lot of exercising procedures such as yoga. As this is somehow healthy and good for our body. Aside from that, you can also do some taichi movement. In addition, you can also do some dancing as a form of exercise. As I have learned from my friend, that dancing is one of the good exercise, although she really do not know how to dance gracefully. Anyways, goodluck on your weight loss program and stay healthy.

I think its not safe to take slimming pills. I'd rather suggest you have your regular excercise and less your intake of fatty foods.Of course I am not saying to eliminate them in your daily diet and I don't mean to count your calorie intake as well. Regular excercise will do plus include the following. - Never skip meals - Less intake of dairy food that most found in red meats. - Let your last meal during night subsided before going to bed at least 2 hours. - Drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday that would help you in your digestion and flush out unwanted toxins in the body. Pre-pregnany fats is normal during the first year of the postpastrum but don't expect that you will be getting the body you have before your pregnancy. But for sure if you priotize to have your body shape. You can just try to enroll in some workouts. Hope this may help.

as far as I have heard Hokkaido is safe and effective but I don't recommend it because it also has side effects. If I were you I will go to a nutritionist and ask for diet plan and at the same time go to the gym to make your body fit. slimming pills is I think a little bit dangerous especially if you have some health problems. just your doctor about it if it is safe for you just to make sure. :)

For one thing very few women ever get back to their prepregnancy weights w/o alot of work. You need to look and see how your eating habits have changed in the past year. Make changes in your diet if needed. And the biggest thing you need to do is get to the gym! The gym will make the most difference so long as you burn more calories than you take in. But for me I've hit a brick wall because affording a gym and paying for child care so I can go is not happening for me right now. Diet pills are a waste of money. This is one of many things that a pill will not be the magic cure for good ol' fashioned work.

Losing weight is so hard especially if it is not in your priority list. I've been dreaming to attain a perfect body this year. I resort in using Slimming pills too. But I make sure that the food I ate is below the needed calories appropriate for my body. I know it's bad taking Slimming pills but I keep on doing it, So stubborn. But If I had already attained the weight that I've been dreaming. I will go now for the healthy way.

I have been trying to lose weight too since the birth of my baby but I don't think I would ever resort to taking slimming pills. I'm not sure how safe they are and what their side effects are. I'd rather take it slowly, try and eat healthy food and cut down on all the junk I used to eat. Also, regular exercise is also very important. As for the "Hokaido" slimming pills that you mentioned, I have never heard of them before so I can't tell you anything in regards to these pills. Good luck with the weight loss
