try to search the internet about cooking shows.i watch Rachel Ray's 10mins *something* show before,it's helpful for me.though i modify some of the dishes because some ingredients are not available.try also reading cookbooks especially for those beginners.so that you will understand well the terms they use in cooking.just try to follow the instructions and i hope you'll do well.i also forgot the website for vegetarians dish.hope you'd try also vegetarian dishes.
