As technology advances many
old favorites are being
replaced by smart-devices.
First Mobile phones only Replace those things, Rather than setting an alarm clock, for examply, smart-device owners set up their device to wake them. Rather
than carrying both an MP3
player and a smart-device,
they are choosing only the
smart-device.
Now also the Operating System and Configuration Like Pc configuration.
Now all things are in Mobile including the Precious thing Internet through the Name of GPRS 3G advanced like Broadband. So 2012 is the World end or not it's may be the End of the Computers that Becomes Smart Devices. Lets cheer your thoughts.

I agrre that someday smart phone could replace pc but i personally dont think smart phone can replace PC in few few years from now. Smart phone getting better day by day and they also have almost similiar use and interface like pc but i think it is still not enough to be able replacing pc. Smart phone usually used for simple task using internet when we are away and didnt have any pc nearby. But when there is a pc nearby, people will likely using a pc for their need, especially for works because it is easier to use.
Well thats my thought because i also still prefer using pc than smart phone for works or gaming needs.

I dont think that the smart devices could replace pc, if for me, i personally will choose to have both of it, and compare to smart devices, i am more prefer on pc. Since pc have the biggest screen compare to smart devices, and more applicable software, and the radioactive is less than the smart devices. So look at the pc is more comfortable to look at the smart devices for a long time. So i think pc will still have a big market in the world.

Now a days Smart phone having less configuration and it's never done the change to Pc. But future there is a chance Because computer is not updated with hardware and external future. But Smartphones are Updated Daily with new one lets watch what happen.

Smart phones have a great operating system (android, ios, blackberry, etc.) while the pc also has a great pentium (intel). I think if intel made a new breakthrough, pc will not end in 2012, because the smart phone operating system has always made the breakthrough to rival the pc. we can only wait and see if the pc will continue to survive or not..!

Exactly the Processor is the draw back little bit from the Mobile from Pc also the Ram. We will see how it's going to End or not for the Pc.

I don't think smart devices will replace the pc entirely. There's a certain level of functionality in a pc that you can't get in a smart phone. It's more time efficient to type a document on a computer than on a smart phone. Pratical things like these prevent smart devices from taking over the technology market entirely.

Noting is impossible in human history. We will need to wait in my view it has some possibility. Because lots of things impossible thought in old days will be happen now, so we will see.
