Here no exchanges that deal with to paypal - Alertpay or vis-versa!
There several so call exchanges claims they can but they're scamming members!
I attempted using one of those last month but thankfully paypal was able to reverse funds back into my account!
If you have same bank registered on both processors, then simply transfer your fund from paypal to it so you can transfer from same bank account to alertpay (or vis-versa). It safer, believe me!

it hard because i still confused with alertpay. and i still doesn't have bank account. i just use my money to buy software via online. but hard because paypal just can save our money only $100, my money on it just 45 dollar. and 50 dollar on alertpay. so sad.

You can't.
The only reliable way of transferring money from PayPal to Alertpay is:
1) Withdraw money from PayPal to a bank account.
2) Fund Alertpay from the same bank account.
If you don't have a bank account or the rules of your country prevent you from transferring money to Alertpay, then the only other options are VERY risky and liable to be very expensive.

I think there are some people who trade their AP in your PP. But if you want to transfer you balance from PP to AP, i dont think it is possible without using your bank account. Or you could try and search some e-currency exchangers and ask them if they can do that task for you.
