I want to sleep but...

Do you experience when you feel like sleeping but you just can't because of the many priorities lining up your schedule today? waaaahhhh... i wanna rest but time won't allow... how i wish i could stretch time to accomodate my prioroties at the same time to take a good SLEEP.

I can't sleep with so many things running in my mind especially deadlines.

I having a hard to sleep sometimes when my mind is occupied of things in life.Things that I might do for tomorrow that keeps me thinking about that may cause hard time of getting asleep.I do try to empty my mind with this thoughts to feel asleep or sometimes divert into some things like listening to music or read books that can help to make me sleep.

Just one at a time. Our priorities needs also time management.If your sleepy then you need to sleep because it is good for your health and it will make you active in all your activities.

I had experience of sleeping disorder, it was six month ago. Now, I can overcome those issue, before I go to sleep, I always doing yoga...it's work for me....throw everything in my head and pull it out.
Make me busy in daytime and tire in the night, make me easy to sleep.
Body is need to rest, even we have full schedule in front, but we should set the time, when to work and take a rest.

ya, i experienced this situation. when you come to this situation, you really cannot take a proper rest, even you already feel very tired. but once think about there is still many things to be figured out, then i cant sleep at all, before finish my stuff, i feel that sleeping at that moment is a guilt to me. haha... take care friend, wish you could have a good sleep soon
