Has anyone ever eaten this let alone made it? It would be something I'd like to try but I think it's just too much darn work for the reward unless you could special order it somewhere like a local butcher shop. http://whatscookingamerica.net/Poultry/Turducken.htm

I watched Paula Dean make it on her show one day. It looked delicious, but also waaay too much trouble & expense for me to prepare!!! I remember thinking that I could cook a turkey, duck & chicken & eat all 3 at the same time with some good veggies with half the hassle!!!

I suppose you could say half the hassel or one third the dishes to clean. Because you wouldn't need additional roasters for the other two types of poultry.

I have seen them in the grocery store in the freezer section. I would be curious to try it, but not for the price! I have never eaten duck, so I am not sure I like it. If someone else were to buy it and cook it I would love to try it though.

Yes, the Turducken. You see what Epic Mealtime can do with this thing.

I have always been intrigued by the thought of a turducken. I would love to see it on a menu somewhere. I've never had duck at all.

I probably wouldn't because that would be "mixing my meats" and with my food allergies, not a good idea... I've heard of it, but you have to stuff the de-boned smaller birds inside each other and then into the turkey

Blue Buffalo has a flavor of dog food called turducken. That is the first time I ever heard the word...
