Successfully Troubleshot Samsung Corby 2

Actually, this is not my cell phone. It belongs to my boyfriend. Last week, he had this problem with the phone wherein it suddenly hangs up and it automatically starts and shutdown. I was wondering what is wrong with the it since it is still new. We were thinking to use the warranty of it to fix the problem. I told my boyfriend to bring the cellphone with him when he visits me in the house. And yesterday, he brought it. I searched in the internet troubleshooting guides for this. I have found one. At first, it isn't working. No progress. We are already losing hope. So we let the night pass until he went home. Today I opened my laptop again to try my luck in solving the problem with Samsung Corby. Before that I made it sure the devices are installed correctly and have all the things I need. This time I have to make sure my mission will be accomplished. So I went on the process. I followed the steps. And without any hesitation, the Samsung Corby phone is back to normal! I am so happy!
