Keeping good health depends on the following:
1. Eat fruits and veggies
2. Drink pure water
3. Take physical exercise
4. Avoid cholesterol and fat
5. Sound sleep
Do you think my rules are okay?

Yes i guess your rules are fine but i think it 5 rules will not be enough for maintaining good health. There are other fators too that you should involve. We could add here to maintain good relationships with the person around you to avoid stress. Also a regular check up with your physician is another thing. If we enumerate them all, that would take us a long time. But i think the five you have mentioned is a good way to start.

No I don't think they are okay. There is nothing wrong with fat only with carbohydrates and sugar and fast food. Excercise all people already have if they do their housekeeping, shopping etc. 30 min. a day is already enough.

Ps also enough sleep (in the dark which is the best way to let your brains rest) is necessary for a good health. Women and children need at least 10 hours of sleep a night. It's also proved that if so they are slimmer as women who sleep less.
Avoiding stress is important too to stay healthy.
