how will you deal with a super jealous guy?

I think that is cause of too much love and lack of trust for you. I think you should talk to him about that matter and i think your should also tell him that he must give you his trust if he really love you. Base in what i see in other people lack of trust is the cause of being jealous and if because of it most of them end their relationship because of there partner always making arguments and he don't trust in what his/her partner do.

It can be that he is the one cheating.

Sometimes jealousy comes from his insecurities or from the failure of past relationships. Sometimes it may stem from his parents' relationships or those of others he has seen. Try to talk with him about the issue. If he is too demanding or too controlling you will want him to seek help or you may just want to walk away. No one can really make that decision but you. you are in such a difficult situation. it is not your fault if he acts like that. at times, jealousy is irrational behaviors that can't be explained and understood. so do not try to understand him. just stretch your patience and love. for jealous guys, they always find reasons to be jealous. you are in a challenging situation. if you want to be happy, talk to your guy and decide from there.

if he is jealous most of the time without valid reasons then he never trust you. a jealous man is always insecure that is why he is acting that way. or he is being obsessive of you so better be careful. talk to him about it because it is not healthy for a relationship to be always acting that way. i know where you are coming because it is very tiring to always have arguments from baseless accusations. always have an open communication and be open of what you feel. if he do love then he needs to trust you.

Sometimes a little bit of jealous is necessary in love. But too much of it is not very healthy in relationships. There must have been past issues before especially if you have not done anything to make him feel jealous over something. He might be a little insecure, or you might not give him time.
