$111.00 this week just isn't going to cut the cheese

Well I am really glad that I have my payment from here coming in, it's not much but it will help me pay for something I really need and maybe I can borrow the other $15.00 from soneone. I got $111.00 and some change as my paycheck this week and it's not going to cut what I need to pay on, it's just not. I'm not stressing though as it seems things have been falling into place for me lately, and if I can't pay it this week there's always next. I'm more focusing this discussion on the fact of what my paycheck was. If I don't get any more hours this week, which I may, I may not, then next weeks paycheck will be just as piss poor! I can't live off of that, it all adds up to about $700.00 a month and that's even being generous on the estimate there! Can you say I need a better job much?

Wow!! I was earning more than that a week back when I was drawing unemployment, so that is like just barely working. I could not imagine having a job and only making that. I would definately say that unless you live somewhere where your Rent is really Low or have help paying everything it is definately time to search for something else. Wishing you the Best.

I have got to look for something else as I am stuck where I am now until I can find something a lot better. I will miss my coworkers but need a change of scenery and I can't get that working where I am now. I've had to come back online to try to earn a little bit more.

Lakota12, They called me in or tried to but couldn't get there, oh well for them. I will miss them but I've got to get my life together within the next few weeks if I can. ladyeaglefeather, I didn't have many bills but now I am going to have bills. I need something more regular, regular hours I work better with.

I know I could not live on that much money. My rent alone is $695 a month. I barely make ends meet right now, but I am getting a promotion in a few weeks that will make things so much easier financially. I would say you need a better paying job or at least more hours at the one you currently have.

The more hours thing is a hit and miss a lot of times. Like today I could have gotten some but no way to get there. In a few weeks I can get there with no problem, well it may be more then that. I just have to get a better job, I can't move anywhere without more money.

Do you get paid weekly or once every 2 weeks? Either way $100 is NOT enough each week. For me that barely covers living expenses like gas and groceries. I don't know how you do it! Are you on call or something? You definitely need more hours and to make more money! I know the economy is 'tough' right now but there has to be a place out there that can give you 30-40 hours a week...

I am paid weekly, I used to make atleast $150.00 sometimes $200.00 atleast once a month, but now not so much. I am looking for another job. Right now I do it because I don't have anything to pay but that changes, this week actually so I need another job like quickly. I'm having to use online to supplement my income. I am not on call, and they can't call me anyway as I dropped my phone in the toilet and it flushed down.

We have about that much from my husband's Social Security. That is why I am working, and that is why he takes contract jobs like product demonstrations. We have low bills, but still that is not enough to live on. Good luck in your job search.

It isn't enough, hardly enough at all. I am trying to get a lot more in order, and this week's paycheck is hardly going to cut it at all. There's ONE place that seems to be fair that I may have to go with at first to get insurance.. but I'll tell you about that in another discussion.

I can say you need a better job alot actually. I would start working. Don't quit the job you have yet but delve into another job situation. Barrowing money from other people isn't a good habit to get into either. I hope you can find something better to get into.

No. Couldn't make it on that. I would need to have about 5 hundred more a month for what I spend each month and live the livestyle to which I have had no choice but to grow accustomed to in the last 3 or so years. I am going to try to get myself out of this slack frame of mind and start my business up again and spend what I want and give what I want. I don't like looking at something at the store I'd like to have and deciding I don't need to spend the money.

I really hope that your hours pick up or you are able to find a better job soon. It is hard to find work and the economy is not all that great. I am hoping to file my taxes soon (as my husband's ex employer has not given us the W2 yet) so I can put the tax return in our savings account. It is hard when you are trying to get ahead and then things go backwards. I am currently not working and am hoping to make extra money online so I can save up as well. My brother is also looking for work so he can save his money so he, my husband and I can buy a house. It has been hard for me to work because my husband has a serious foot condition and needs me to take care of him. I am also posting up signs so I can do some tutoring at home.

Hey there somecowgirl, Wow probably really tight on the belt, I make about a range of $200 - $250 bucks a month and it is hard if you come to think about it it doesn't really cut it right, if to include what I pay for my mom's house i at least need $500 - $600 bucks a month and that is being thrifty so i guess we are both on the same financial tight spot but i guess we just have to work harder and find better ways to get the dough.

although, that amount is not providing you enough to pay off all expenses, but it sure is helping you out in a way. That much amount may not look much to you,but in eastern countries,it converts into a decent amount.
