How to Fix Blues Screen Of Death?

Hi guys have you ever experienced blue screen of death? It first time happened to me and I don't know how to fix it,it's so annoying and it happen oftentimes. do you have guys any idea how to fix it?

three reason. first... your computer has been harmed by virus, you need to reinstall it. second.. your OS has been broke. you need to reinstall too. third.. your hardware. if you have reinstall your computer, but it slow or not accept reinstall, try to change your RAM, maybe VGA, maybe power suply, or even motherboard. my suggestion: better you take it to computer service.

I experience this error since I start using webcam in yahoo messenger and I thought it was video card or the memory I'd tried to re-install my video card but nothing happens. maybe I'll take it to computer service. thank's for response.
