Olympique Lyon has thin victory at home to APOEL Nicosia in the first leg of the Champions League last 16. Alexandre Lacazette goals give the hosts a 1-0 victory.
Really hard for Lyon in this match, even they played at home..Until the first half finished, still scoreboard shows goalless 0-0.
Lyon could only open the scoring on 58 minutes through Lacazette. Getting pass from Cris, Lacazette little dribble before unleashing a fierce shot. Paulo Jorge had hit the ball before it lodged in the far corner of the goal. Yoann Gourcuff has a chance to increase the advantage on 77 minutes. But the header was wider from goal posts..No additional goals created in the rest of the game. Score 1-0 to the host advantage has not changed.
