do u pray bfore and after bedtime?

I admit I honestly do not pray before or after bed. I do pray throughout the day. I talk to God as if I am talking to my mom or boyfriend. When it looks like I am talking to myself I am actually talking to God.

I always pray before bedtime and as I wake up in the morning. I also pray every time my children left for their works, for their protection, right decisions and for them to have a good relationship with their superiors and officemates, I also pray the rosary everyday, for healing in the family and for the solution of problems. aia also pray for thankgiving and the guidance and protection of my childre in going back home. When I grew older I feel am so prayerful.. and blessed.Thankyou, Jesus.

i don't think that prayer should be obliged or required.it's something personal,i mean like we should consider it as talking to our God as a friend.well,when i was i child my parents taught us to prayer bedtime or saying grace before meals.but i never felt i was obliged to do it.well, they have a purpose of doing this.so that it'll our practice communicating w/ our God

I think pray before and after bedtime is not only for Cristian and Catholic, but all religion. I do have similar habit to pray before and after bedtime. this is something I learn since I was kid and I always do this

I always doing prayer before am sleep and after bed time.For me its important,coz i think god always protect me whenever i go.I feel save.U righy.am agree with u.we always prayer everytime.good luck for u friend.

oh! yes i do. and i'm also teaching my two year old son to pray before he goes to sleep.. :)
