Want a better job, it's so difficult !

Hi, I am always finding a better job opportunity recently, unfortunately, I still have not found one yet that it's suited for me or I'm suited for job, even though, many hunter companies have introduced many opportunities to me and several interviews. Sometimes I realized I couldn't wait anymore and want to chose one at random, but I worry about the coming bad situation that I resign or am fired someday in the future, I always focus on automotive industry, limited parts suppliers here, which one is good and suited for me to join?

Hello mate, it's no harm to keep looking for jobs frequently, especially a better one. You said you focus in automotive industry, I think that you're clearly know what you want. honestly i really don't have any idea about this, but what i can only say is that just learn to love your work and your work will love you back. i was once in your shoes before and i even cry but as days passes by i learned to love my work...

I love my current work, but it couldn't pay more much money to me, as a lot of heavy pressures in life on my shoulder, everythings need money once you leave your home, even though staying in home, very high price level, expensive maintance fee and mysteriously high gasoline price here, and imperfect welfare system.....all those always give me a hint that the money I earned for now is too little and I have to get much more money to increase our life level, the society nowadays is awfully realistic, at least in my country. Strong expectation occured frequently in my mind that it's time to reverse current situation only in order to make my family life better, I guess, those I am eagering is normal.

Hi henry, There is a lot of opportunities and jobs out there but just go for the one you love and interest and eventually the one that you really like is what your career will be blossom.

Do not be choosy about your job. Take whatever is available and as long as you are not bounded by contracts, you are always free to go anytime so long you give ample notice about your desire to leave. Do not wait blindly for the best offer to come in because it will never work. If u really like that industry, do your best in it. People and big bosses from the same industry will be able to see and they will recruit you if you have the right attitude and professionalism.
